Return Policy

Smock Items

All of our custom smock items are FINAL SALE. Due to these being custom-made and ordered in limited quantities, we cannot accept returns on any of these items. The only exception will be in the case of a manufacturer defect. I personally inspect every item before it is sent to you to ensure the quality meets our standards.

Bamboo

Bamboo items are eligible for store credit if returned within 14 days from the date you received your item(s). Returned items must have the original tag and flame notice attached. They should be sent back in a new, sealed poly mailer. Elly & E is not responsible for return shipping costs.

What is a Pre-Order?

At Elly & E, we offer custom smock pre-orders. These items are made to your specifications — size, name, style, etc. When ordering from these pre-orders, please pay attention to our shipping details. These items are NOT ready to ship. They will arrive to me at a later date; once I receive them, I will inspect each one and get it to you before the expected delivery timeframe.
